Terms and Conditions of Entry – “The Twister Dance Off Game” Competition

1. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry for “The Twister Dance Off Game” Competition.

2. There is only one (1) method of entry for this competition.

To enter, entrants must log onto the Nickelodeon website www.nickelodeon.com.au and;
1/ Register their Nick Name and Password by providing the following information; First name, Last name, Address, State, Postcode, Date of Birth, whether they are a girl or a boy, their email address, their parents/guardians email address (optional), and whether they are a subscriber. Nickelodeon will email parents when kids register for the first time only if address is provided. Or,
2/ If the entrant has previously registered their details they are only required to enter their Nick Name and Password in order to enter the competition.
3/ Entrants must play the “Twister Dance Off Game” and be one of the top 15x scorers.

3. Entry is open only to kids aged 5 - 15 years as of Friday 8th September 2006, who are Australian residents. Employees and immediate families of Nickelodeon Australia and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. The Twister Dance Off Game Competition commences on Friday 8th September 2006 and entries close at midnight EST on Friday 30th November 2006. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible to enter.

5. The competition will be judged between Monday 4th December 2006 and Friday 8th December 2006 at the Nickelodeon offices. The judging will be held at the Nickelodeon offices, 5 Thomas Hold Drive, North Ryde, NSW, 2113. The winners will be notified mail. The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.

6. The 15x kids with the top eligible scores from the “Twister Dance Off Game” will win a Twister Party Pack including a Twister Dance DVD game and Party Twister. The total value of each prize pack is $100.00.

7. Total prizing value = $1,500

8. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.

9. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an item of similar value.

10. The promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name, voice, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional compensation.

11. The Judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. All entries become the property of Nickelodeon Australia and may be used for promotional purposes. By entering the competition, each entrant consents to their personal information being entered on to a database.
