1. Information on how to enter form part
of these Conditions of Entry for the X Box Table Tennis competition.
2. Entry is open only to kids aged 5 - 15 years as of 31/5/06 who are Australian
residents. Employees and immediate families of Nickelodeon Australia and agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. There is one method of entry for this
competiton.
Online
To enter, entrants must log onto the Nickelodeon website (www.nickelodeon.com.au)
and either; 1) Register their NickName by providing the following information;
First name, Last name, Address, State, Postcode, Date of birth, whether they
are a girl or a boy, their email address and other non mandatory information;
or 2) If the entrant has previously registered their details they are only
required to enter their NickName and Password in order to enter the competition.
Entrants must also answer the question in 25 words or less why you should
be the one to win.
This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determing the winner.
4. The X Box Table Tennis competition commences from 31/5/2006 at 4pm and entries close at 9:00am on 21/6/2006 (EST). Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
5. The competition will be judged on the 22/6/2006 and 23/6/06 at Nickelodeon offices, 5 Thomas Hold Drive, North Ryde, NSW, 2113.
The 10 best entries to be judged to be most creative will win a copy of the XBOX 360 Table Tennis game. RRP $69.95.
6. Total value of this competition is $699.50.
7. The winners will be notified by phone, mail or email. All reasonable efforts will be taken to contact prizewinners. In the event of any unclaimed prizes, prizes will be distributed in accordance with directions given by relevant state authorities.
8. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.
9. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an item of similar value.
10. The Judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. All entries become the property of the promoter and may be used for promotional purposes. By entering the competition, each entrant consents to their personal information being entered on to a database.
